Sven Sommerlatte has completed his MBA in 1994 and holds a Ph.D in organizational development. He started his career in management consulting and is currently CHRO of Boehringer-Ingelheim, based in Germany. Prior to his current position he held a broad range of HR roles: VP HR Global Consumer Healthcare and Generics Division, VP Global Talent & Organizational Development, VP HR for emerging markets, HR Director for UK & Ireland, Global Compensation, Post Merger Integration manager. Sven has recently published a book on career strategy and has a YouTube channel on this topic. He is trilingual: German, French and English.
